LawnWatt is a custom management platform built around the day-to-day workflow of a landscaping business. It shows what Custom Watt Systems means in practice: start with the real process, then build the software around the people doing it.

Real LawnWatt screens with safe or demo company data — the customer list, a property record and the working schedule.
The problem was that customers, properties, scheduling, crews, service history and operating information needed to work together around the way the company actually ran. Generic tools could cover pieces of it, but the workflow still lived in the gaps.
LawnWatt was built to close those gaps.
Keep the customer, service location and work history connected instead of spreading them across unrelated tools.
The customer record with its properties and linked service history.
Organize upcoming work around the people doing it and the properties being serviced.
The schedule view with crews assigned to properties for a working week.
Let the team understand what happened at a property without reconstructing it from memory.
A property timeline showing completed visits and what was done.
Give the office one system for the day-to-day workflow instead of a stack of partial solutions.
The daily operations overview the office actually opens each morning.
LawnWatt is intentionally different from WattEstimate or FireWatt. That is the point. It demonstrates that the same approach — map the work, model the data, remove the handoffs, build for the actual user — can be applied to a completely different operation.
The tools and manual steps LawnWatt replaced are being confirmed with the business owner before we publish them. We would rather leave this section thin than invent a “before” state.
Measurable outcomes will be published only when the company can verify them. Until then this case study stays qualitative on purpose.
Customers and properties, scheduling and crew workflow, service history and an operational overview — shown above, with real screens replacing the placeholders as they are captured on demo data.
We identify the company and publish an owner quote only with their written permission. Nothing here implies an endorsement beyond the actual project relationship.
No. LawnWatt is an example of Custom Watt Systems — purpose-built software around a specific company workflow. It is intentionally separate from the mechanical-contractor platform.
Potentially, yes. The fit depends on whether there is a clear repeatable workflow and a real operational problem to solve.
