TimeWatt
Field time + approvals

Hours from the truck to payroll.

TimeWatt gives the crew a simple way to enter ST, OT and DT by job from the field, then gives foremen, managers and billing the review tools they need before approved time moves to payroll.

The problem

Time should not get cleaner every time somebody retypes it.

Crew hours often move from texts or paper to a foreman, then to a spreadsheet, then to billing, then to payroll. Every handoff creates another place for jobs, overtime, cost codes, per diem or receipts to change.

TimeWatt keeps the original entry and the review trail together.

What it does
01

The crew enters the day, not a timesheet puzzle.

Pick the job, enter ST, OT and DT, add a note when needed, and submit from the phone. Keep the field input fast enough that people actually do it.

Add Time with the job selector and ST, OT and DT controls.

02

Enter or fix time for the crew when the field needs help.

Foremen and managers can enter time for workers, enter a crew together, or correct splits when somebody cannot do it themselves. The system preserves who made the change.

03

Review the week before it becomes payroll.

Approvals show submitted time in one place. Review hours, jobs, notes, cost codes, per diem and questions before the week is finalized.

04

Split labor to the cost codes that matter.

Assign or split the day across cost codes so approved time is useful for job costing instead of becoming one undifferentiated labor bucket.

05

Keep per diem and receipts with the day.

Capture per diem and receipt information alongside the time entry so billing does not have to chase a separate text, photo or envelope later.

06

Send payroll the workbook it expects.

After review, export approved time in the required workbook format so the field-to-payroll process gets cleaner without demanding that payroll abandon its current downstream process on day one.

Getting started

It should fit how you already work.

What we will not do

We do not publish customer counts, time-savings percentages, certifications or integration claims we cannot show you in the product. If a capability is planned rather than shipped, we will say so on the call.

Fair questions

TimeWatt, answered straight.

Can workers enter straight time, overtime and double time?

Yes. ST, OT and DT entry is supported today.

Can time be split across cost codes?

Yes. We will show you the real cost-code split workflow in the demo.

Can managers correct time?

Yes. A reviewer can change hours, jobs, codes, per diem and notes according to permissions, and those changes stay visible in the workflow.

Can workers attach receipts?

Yes, where the receipt workflow is enabled.

Does TimeWatt replace payroll?

No. TimeWatt is field time capture and approval that exports into your payroll process. It does not claim direct payroll integrations.
